REMARKS:

The RA3B piloted by Lt Cmd Robert Vaughan was thought to have been lost in
the Gulf of Tonkin, Thanh Hoa Province, Hon Me Island. He was said to have
died in the crash, his remains "unrecoverable" according to government
records.
