JOSE DAVID LUNA
Captain - United States Air Force
Shot Down: March 10, 1967
Released March 4, 1973

Arrived at Tahkli AB, Thailand in November 1966. I was then a Captain in the
USAF. My duty was as an Electronic Warfare Officer in a Wild Weasel F-105F.
My front seater was Major David Everson. We were shot down on 10 March
1967. Our mission on that day was a steel plant in Thai Ngyen, North
Vietnam about twenty miles north of Hanoi. While I was a POW I was detained
at the "Hanoi Hilton," "Zoo," and "Dogpatch."

Lt Col Luna retired from the Air Force and resides in Maryland with his wife.
